Biography

Anne C. Ruddy, CCP, is President and CEO of WorldatWork and its affiliate organizations, Alliance for Work-Life Progress and WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals.

Prior to joining WorldatWork in 1999, Ruddy held senior executive positions at Travelers, Aetna Life & Casualty and Alexander & Alexander, Inc. where she led the creation and development of a new national strategic business unit.

Under Ruddy’s leadership, WorldatWork has won numerous awards. WorldatWork is a multi-year recipient of the Alfred P. Sloan Award for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility. In 2009, it won the American Psychological Association’s Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award. In 2010, it was recognized as one of Arizona’s Most Admired companies. In the same year, WorldatWork’s 401(k) plan communication and education program won a Signature Award from the Profit Sharing/401k Council of America.

In 2011, WorldatWork won the Workplace Leader in Financial Education award from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society for Human Resource Management. In 2012, the Phoenix Business Journal named Ruddy as one of the 25 Top Women Business Leaders in Arizona.
