Michael Williams
HR Sr. Comp Mgr & Head of Sales Incentive Compensation, AIG

Michael Williams joined AIG Insurance in Houston as a Sr. Compensation Manager in 2012. Specializing in a background of Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC), Michael is responsible for AIG broad-based compensation in the US, CAN and LatAm as well as all of Consumer SIC compensation in the Americas.  Previously, Michael spent 10+ years on the banking side in New York as the SVP and Head of Client Onboarding at Citi Group and as a VP with Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital overseeing their Global Sales Compensation and the Financial Control Teams. Michael brings a unique background of human resources, operations and finance tenure with his subject matter expertise on sales/variable compensation.  Michael holds a BA in Business Management and Sports Management from the University of Miami.

 

Fernando Herranz, SPHR
Director of International Compensation, Weatherford

High energy and enthusiastic, with more than 20 years of professional experience in varied areas of Human Resources, including Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems, Sales Compensation, Training, Performance Management and HR Generalist. Last 15 years have been with international responsibility. Fernando’s recent experience has been in high tech industry, with positions held at Duracell Inc, Compaq Computer Corp, Hewlett Packard Co., BMC Software and most recently at Exterran and Weatherford, where he currently holds the position of Director Global Compensation. Fernando holds a BBA from Universidad de Las Americas, an HR degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and an MBA from University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. Fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
