Delivering Low Cost, High Value Benefits

Join us for this month's program and invite your CFO to attend for no extra charge.

Whenever employers are focused on the bottom line, it is easy to fall into the "penny wise, pound foolish" trap to managing employee benefits cost. In order to be proactive as head of Benefits, we need to shift the thinking from "what is the lowest cost" to "what is the highest value" by your employees.  This session will tell you how two Fortune 500 companies have been innovative to reduce benefits spend yet also be strategic in expanding benefits offerings.  As a takeaway, this transformation has led to improved overall satisfaction scores from employees and HR professional becoming a true business partners with their Finance departments. Come join us on March 21st to hear more about it!
