Delivering Low Cost, High Value Benefits

Employers are often so focused on the bottom line that they take a "penny wise, pound foolish" approach to managing cost. It's time to shift our thinking from "what is the lowest cost" to "what is the highest value".  Here is a case study of how a Fortune 500 company began innovating in the benefits space to reduce cost and expand benefits offerings, resulting in 97% employee satisfaction scores.

Caroline Nakamura, CEBS, SHRM-SCP
