Health, Productivity and Financial Wellness: Connecting the Dots...

Studies show that most employees live pay check to pay check and up to 25% of your staff are distracted at work due to financial issues. In addition the workforce is aging. Employees are ill-prepared to retire and as employees age and reach 50 years they are twice as likely to experience a disability. In this session you will learn considerations to improve the financial health of your employees as well as create a productive aging approach that will help them bridge the gap to retirement in a healthy way vs. using disability as a means to retirement.
